After 11 years owning a Relax in Comfort bed, we needed service.  Dan found the part, tested it, delivered and installed it.  Then he gave us a tutorial on how to sleep more comfortably using all the amazing controls on our bed.  Excellent service and quality.  Dan is such a pleasant and personable neighbor. Nick and his entire team have been amazing to deal with. We looked at a number of mattresses and stores in the area and they were the best. Ended up with a top split adjustable mattress that has been life changing. Also purchased 2 reclining chairs and a massage chair which  they delivered, set  up, and have serviced  any time we had issues or questions or needed help.

I would highly recommend them as they have gone over and above in every way possible and lived by their promises.

Looking for a variety of high end easy chairs I ran across the brand Human Touch PC-610 that had great reviews. I went to the store in Brandon Mall to test it out and ended up purchasing an even higher level chair, the Gravis ZG. The gentleman in the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was allowed to spend all the time needed to try out each chair. I was probably in the chairs for 45 minutes to a full hour at the least. I tested all the functions, any questions were answered to my full satisfaction. I have yet to receive the new zero gravity chair with lumbar support at my house  to really test it out for naps or watching a movie or just reading a book. Bought a massage chair online that was advertised as a premium shiatsu chair. It was discounted but the chair just beat me up and both the wife & I did not like it. So it had a 365 day return, If not satisfied but I had to pay the return freight! I decided to return it! Still waiting on freight company to pick it up, due to Labor Day! While waiting on the return freight company, decided to look locally at a showroom that had massage chairs on display to try.  After researching companies, I found RELAX IN COMFORT and the closest store was in Brandon, Fl.  I called the store and spoke with “Rick” and made a 2pm appt that day. There was at least 9 chairs on the floor to try.  I tried 4 of them and all were nicely equipped as premium chairs. Rick was awesome in his knowledge of the chairs and let me try the ones I wanted to try without ANY PRESSURE to purchase. Other couples came in at times to look and try a couple of the chairs, as I was trying out the ones I liked. My wife tried one that I had a mind to purchase when first arriving. We were given the red carpet to try as many as needed to make a decision!  On my last massage chair to try, I decided to try the JD Medic 5D chair,  made in Japan (a little more pricey than the others I tried). OMGoodness!! Shoulda  never got in that chair! It was exactly what I needed in a massage chair! Well, it was Labor Day weekend and there were discounts!  Rick made my decision easy, no pressure, just gave me a great price with the Labor Day discount and arranged no interest for 12 month financing! So I purchased! I’m very happy with my purchase. The delivery will be in 12 days with white glove delivery and Rick or another store tech is gonna be there to make sure we are schooled on the chair! Plus a free 5 year, in home warranty with parts & labor, if ever needed!  Absolutely a first class act at RELAX IN COMFORT at Towne square mall in Brandon, Fl highly recommend!

I was at the Ft. Lauderdale home show with some friends and we saw their booth. I had been looking at the Osaki massage chairs for a while. Gio assisted us with trying out the Osaki Duomax SE. We purchase a Vivo chair back 07/2025.  Natasha was a great sells rep.  We stopped by to see her and get a free massage and now we have purchased another chair from Gio who is the best rep also.   I think the Super Novi X will be the last chair for life.  Me and Steven are happy with our purchases.  😊  9/1/2026 Ben and Eddie delivered our Super NovaX and JPMedics sonic wave stand. Amanda at Relax and Comfort was amazing! She was very welcoming, professional, and made the entire experience feel comfortable from start to finish. The service was relaxing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure her clients have a great experience. I left feeling refreshed and completely satisfied. Chris and Eddie were awesome in delivering, installing, and explaining the workings of our massage chair.  They first did a walk-through to see if there were any obstacles in bringing the chair to its destination.  They set it up, tweaked it front and back and side to side so it was exactly where we wanted it.  They explained the do's and dont's with regard to the chair to make it stay clean, not fade, and last a long time.  Very professional and did not rush in and out.  Only left after we were completely satisfied.  They explained all the bells and whistles of the chair.
