Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Two friends and I went to the store to try the chair massages. I apologize that I do not remember the salespersons names but we explained our Google search result (IYKYK) and they accommodated each of us with both bed and chair massage demonstrations. Thank you for a fun afternoon!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our experience with Relax in Comfort was a wonderful experience from our introduction to the store and sales reps.

The scheduling of delivery was exactly as promised.

The experience did not end there, the 2 gentleman that delivered our adjustable bed and 2 zero gravity recliners were wonderful!

They are an absolute asset to this business.

With representation like that I am quite confident should we have any issues (which I do not expect)they will be dealt with the very same level of service.

The entire experience was fantastic. The mattress and the massage chair are top quality. My husband john has duponture contraction in his hand and in two weeks, his hands have straightened out. Unbelievable!
The sales staff and the delivery team were very pleasant and helpful.
I would recommend this store to everyone.

Roberta was a great host to trying out the massage chairs. She was able to explain the differences in models. She allowed me to try different models to address my issues. When I am in the market, will definitely look her up.
Barb was kind and helpful.
The champagne colored one is awesome for neck and shoulders. Best massage chair for this area and excellent in all other areas as well. The brown overall great massage.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Buying our massage chair was a wonderful experience. At Relax in Comfort, The Villages store we were met by the store manager, Roberta. She spent a great deal of time showing us all the Massage chairs, and explained how each chair did or did not meet our needs. We sampled massages in several of the chairs, and decided to buy an OHCO. It does everything we wanted. Roberta made the whole process so very pleasant.
When the chair was delivered, the delivery men assembled the chair, showed us how to operate the chair, and how to program the massages to our likes. We love our massage chair, and quickly realized we waited too long to buy it. We highly recommend Relax in Comfort in The Villages.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were in your store a few weeks ago, and spoke to Roberta. Our 10-year old Human Touch recliner no longer reclined. The foot rest worked, but not the recliner. We knew that the chair was no longer under warranty, but wanted to check our options, and possibly buy a new chair. Roberta showed us the new chairs ($3900). She then gave us contact information for the Human Touch company. We contacted them, they diagnosed the problem, and we ordered a part. Instead of paying $3900 for a new chair, the part cost $245. We are so grateful for Roberta’s help. Not all businesses would have done that. We will definitely do business with Relax in Comfort again and highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wonderful experience investigating massage chairs at Relax in Comfort in the Villages, Florida, Roberta was extremely helpful, knowledgeable in guiding us through a relatively big ticket purchase, with no pressure to buy. It was very educational, and really enjoyable. After spending several hours testing the (amazing) selection of massage chairs, we settled on the OHCO M.8 NEO. The massage experience was mind blowing, to say the least, the quality absolutely justifies the price. Thank you for your patience and knowledge, Roberta!
